How are the sessions delivered?
Sessions are conducted either in person or via zoom.
Flexibility?
Weekly attendance during the 10 week block is essential. You will have life time access to the program via the portal.
How many sessions?
There will be weekly coaching calls. All online sessions will be recorded.
Will there be homework?
Yes! Homework in the form of vocal exercises and handouts will be given each week.
How does the Chakra Scan work?
